If you have purchased a product that is protected inside a membership area, you should receive the log-in credentials via email within 60 minutes.
If you haven't seen this email after 60 minutes, here are some things to look for before putting in a support request.
1. Please make sure that you are checking the correct email account inbox.
2. Sometimes emails containing membership area log-in details get sent to spam by mistake. Please check your spam folder for the email.
3. If your email client has "tabs" for emails that are "promotions" or "social", please check to see if the email has landed in one of those by mistake.
If you have checked the above and still don't have your credentials, please create a support request (remembering to enter the name of the product that you purchased) and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
